• Replacement or return is only available in case of a defect or problem in the product. • The report must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. • Returns or replacements are not accepted in case of use or delay in reporting. Refund period The refund will be processed to the payment method within 7 to 14 working days, and the duration may vary according to the bank's policy. Customs fees Upon receiving the shipment, a small customs fee may be required by the shipping company: • Ranges from 10 to 30 riyals depending on the size of the shipment • Note that the shipping fees are fully borne by the store.
